In order for us to process your claim in a timely manor, please provide your business name, best point of contact information and name, a picture of your original sales order invoice, a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing, and include an image of the installed defective product in your claim email.

Please allow our Customer Care team up to two business days to contact you regarding the next steps of your warranty claim. Claims submitted after hours, over the weekends, or holiday's will be processed within two business days of the following business day.
